練習瑜伽本身能非常有效地進行伸展,無論是跑步愛好者,或是其他重訓練習者,很多時都面對肌肉酸痛的問題,或在一般練習後不知道如何有效伸展。跑者瑜伽課堂為大家提供一個空間,以瑜伽訓練提高身體柔韌性、靈活性和身體力量,控制自身的呼吸,糾正跑步姿勢以及避免運動損傷。亦為大家講解針對身體不同部位需要練習的瑜伽動作,幫助跑者全面地熱身與放鬆。
此課適合所有程度人士,不論你有沒有運動習慣,或準備進入運動模式的朋友。
